Mastin Kipp: You Are Not A Zero

Updated: Apr 23, 2021

Putting Yourself First Matters

It is not selfish to put ourselves first. Selfless is actually what it means, to think of one's self less. Happy people make better choices. Successful and happy people are in a better position to be able to help others.

It is important to live our life's purpose. If you are not living the life you want to be living. You will feel stuck. Every area in your life will naturally improve when you find your life's true purpose.

When I met my coaches Sarah and Lucas I found my life's purpose. Which is personal and unique to each and every one of us. Addictions or Toxic relationships cannot fill this void. Hence, why these must be removed from our lives in order to find our clear objectives in life. The thought of doing this can magnify our fears, and in turn it tends to hold us back even further. A survival pattern is an irrational fear based on past trauma. People with this irrational survival pattern will bring that forward into all the areas of their life. A healthy fear would be running away from a tiger. Because there is a design for survival and there proposes a rational risk. Yet someone with past trauma, will be triggered by a triangle. As they will misinterpret it as a tiger's ear.

If you are looking to improve all the areas of your life. It requires real dedication. The practice of it is challenging yet the rewards are monumental.

Life is an emotional game to feel good, hence the goal is bringing that emotion into your life first.

3 simple steps - purpose is the emotions we have to find within yourself, before we can share it and pass it on to our significant others.

1. What do I want?

2. How can my higher power help me?

3. How can I be of service to others?

What is in the way of you being able to move forward?
